1:1 strategy and support

All my work with individuals and teams are bespoke. Once we have an initial call to talk through your challenges, I will develop a proposal with my recommended approach.

This could include:

  • Intensive strategy day - a one-day strategy intensive to get clarity on your priorities and plan your approach, including mapping stakeholders, developing key messages and creating a step-by-step implementation plan

  • Executive coaching - provides a safe space to explore the issues you face as you go on to implement your plan (created through the strategy day) and any other challenges that may be affecting the impact you are having in your role.

  • DISC assessments - psychometric profile which provides insights on your interpersonal and communications skills, helping you to identify where you may need to adapt your approach to make a bigger impact.

  • Team development & coaching - helping teams striving for high performance. This could involve group and 1:1 coaching, facilitated development days, DISC team dynamics report and more.
