It might only be 90 minutes, but the intervention packs a punch.

We:

  • Identify the rule running the pattern and how it’s shaping who you believe you need to be

  • Understand how it’s influencing your decision-making and behaviours

  • Use my FLIP method to loosen its grip

  • Design one clean, real-life experiment that you can take away and try.

You leave clearer, steadier and no longer circling it alone.

This session creates clarity and movement. It doesn’t rebuild your whole identity, redesign your business or restructure your life. It will interrupt a pattern that’s draining you. Sometimes that’s all you need. Sometimes it shows you there is more to explore (and there are other options to help you).
